In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the ik999 website accessible at ik999.io and all associated services, features, games, and betting markets made available through that domain.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers with, or uses the ik999 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the ik999 platform through which the Player accesses services and holds a BDT wallet balance.
• "BDT Wallet" means the Bangladeshi Taka-denominated balance held within a Player's ik999 account, used for placing bets, playing casino games, and receiving winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or incentive balances credited to a Player's account as part of a promotional offer, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by ik999 before a Player may make withdrawals from their account.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action described in Section 8 of these Terms as a violation of platform rules.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the reasonable control of ik999, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, power outages, or denial-of-service attacks.

By accessing the ik999 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and understand their contents;

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;

By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. ik999 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and will close any account found to belong to a person under 21, with all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.

3.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the ik999 platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances, including any pending withdrawal requests.

3.3 Accurate Registration Information. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details. Providing false or misleading registration information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure without any obligation to return deposited funds if fraudulent activity is suspected.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). Before processing any withdrawal, ik999 requires Players to complete KYC verification. This involves submitting a copy of a government-issued identity document (National ID card or passport) and, where required, evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. ik999 may request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ik999 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ik999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify ik999 immediately by contacting our support team via live chat. ik999 will investigate all reported security incidents promptly. ik999 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to adequately protect your login credentials or have knowingly shared them with a third party.

4.3 Account Closure by the Player. You may request the closure of your ik999 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any verified remaining balance in your BDT wallet will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided KYC has been completed and no investigation into prohibited conduct is pending.

4.4 Account Closure by ik999. ik999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where ik999 determines in its reasonable judgment that:

• The Player has engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8;
• The Player has provided false registration information;
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more;
• Maintaining the account would expose ik999 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods. ik999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and ik999 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by ik999, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to the Player's ik999 BDT wallet in real time or within a few minutes of the payment being confirmed by the payment provider. ik999 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

5.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed to the Player's verified BDT payment account. The average processing time for verified accounts is 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. ik999 reserves the right to extend processing times where additional verification is required or where a withdrawal is flagged for security review.

5.5 Withdrawal to Own Account Only. All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the ik999 account. ik999 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This measure protects Players against fraud and money laundering.

5.6 Deposit-Only Funds. Player funds deposited into ik999 accounts are used solely for the purposes of betting and gaming on the platform. ik999 does not use Player funds for operational expenses. Deposited funds that remain unused for a period of 12 consecutive months on an inactive account may be subject to an inactivity fee as specified in ik999's current fee schedule.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ik999 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. Where any conflict exists between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Any withdrawal request made before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.

6.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, each bonus offer is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per registered payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus more than once through the use of multiple accounts or different payment details constitutes bonus abuse and is a form of Prohibited Conduct.

6.4 Expiry of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and associated free bets expire within the time period specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Player's account balance without compensation.

6.5 Right to Withdraw Promotions. ik999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of its modification or withdrawal will be given reasonable opportunity to complete existing wagering requirements under the original terms, at ik999's discretion.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets. ik999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet placed on the platform at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to suspected match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, technical errors in odds pricing, or compliance requirements. The fact that a bet has been accepted and a confirmation displayed does not guarantee final settlement if the bet is subsequently identified as void.

7.2 Error in Odds or Pricing. In the event that incorrect odds, prices, or game parameters are displayed due to a system error, human error, or data feed failure, ik999 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price. Players will be notified and their stake returned. ik999 has no obligation to honour bets placed at an obviously incorrect price.

7.3 Bet Settlement. Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body for the applicable event (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA). In the event of a dispute over the official result, ik999's settlement decision — made in good faith based on available official information — shall be final.

7.4 Casino and Slot Games. All casino and slot games available on the ik999 platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. 7.5 Disconnection During Play. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ik999 platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or AI tools to place bets or play casino games;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity intended to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in pricing to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using ik999 as a vehicle for converting illegally obtained funds;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits;
• Sharing login credentials or allowing third parties to access or operate your account;
• Engaging in coordinated abuse of bonus systems across multiple accounts or households;
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward ik999 support staff or other users.

All content on the ik999 platform — including but not limited to the ik999 brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ik999 or its licensed third-party providers. 11.4 ik999 is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by a Force Majeure event.
